Starting as a single store in Hull, Iowa, Pizza Ranch®, which specializes in pizza and chicken, has grown steadily and now has franchises in nine states. Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members


• Achieve store level profitability and sales goals


• Deliver all Pizza Ranch Standards of operation (i.e. Product Standards, Service Standards).


• Execute the Pizza Ranch business model trough community leadership and local store marketing


• Actively participate in the Franchise community

Requirements:

• Passion for leading and developing people


• Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills


• Restaurant Management experience preferred


• Proficient in basic computer skills


• High school graduate or equivalent education


• Possess business acumen
