The Assistant Manager - Evenings (3p-11p) is responsible for exceptional guest sales and service at the front desk and in the evening executes all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day. As the second shift Assistant Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and will be the primary person on duty when the housekeeping and management teams leave for the day. Your responsibilities will include sales and reservations via phone and in person, guest check in and out, guidance for guests in dining and directions, and the commitment to consistently wowing our guests with the quality of your service and our award winning hotels. Schedules can require rotating weekend shifts. Duties will also include laundry, room inspections, audits, and any task necessary for the efficient operations of the hotel.

Ensure that our guests have a super clean room, with extraordinary customer service.
Work in fast paced, physically demanding environment including supporting front desk and housekeeping teams with customer service, room inspections, laundry, and all operations services of the hotel.
Ensure that all safety and security processes are executed to keep our employees, guests and building safe.
Participate in a daily and direct hands on way.
Ensure team member attitude of attentiveness and anticipation of guest needs.
Ensure proper delivery of guest special requests.
Inspect rooms according to quality standards for cleanliness and proper preventative maintenance.
Ensure a viable key control program is in place in all hotel departments, with documentation.
Ensure team members follow appropriate cash control procedures.
Ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
