As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:
Greet and connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food
Operating deep fryers, grills, and other large-volume equipment for cooking
Ensuring items are well stocked
Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
Maintaining health and sanitation across the work areas
Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
Ensuring safety standards are maintained
Other tasks as directed by management.
