Shift Supervisor - Now Hiring

Job Description

Will work closely with Restaurant Leadership team by leading a high performance team to coordinate and execute daily restaurant operations

• Must have clean driving record, reliable transportation and able to pick up supplies when necessary (in personal vehicle when Chick-fil-A vehicle is unavailable)

Training:

• Must complete Chick-fil-A training modules pertaining to restaurant foundations, hospitality, ordering experience, restaurant IT systems, cleaning and maintenance


• Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification


• Must learn basic food prep and kitchen operations by Chick-fil-A training modules and on-site training

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily shift operations including opening and closing procedures


• Responsible for maintaining a food safe environment


• Develop and build team members


• Responsible for maintaining labor and food cost goals


• Responsible for executing the Chick-fil-A recipe for service


• Responsible for executing the fundamentals of hospitality


• Responsible to work occasional special events


• Responsible for cash and coupon accountability


• Contribute to weekly leadership meetings

The Details:

• 25-30 hours a week or 3 shifts per week (will clock in & out)


• Expected Availability: Monday – Saturday 5am-11pm


• Sundays off


• Use of a company vehicle when necessary


• $.54 per mile when personal vehicle is used for business related activities
