Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Location: Charleston

Monday to Friday
Evening Shift: 5:00PM - 9:00PM

Summary:

Our Day Porter performs a variety of custodial activities to maintain cleanliness of facilities and grounds; and performs related activities such as moving furniture and collecting trash, high and low dusting, vacuum and much more. Responsibilities:

Maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency

Attendance and being on time are a must

Check on all properties to ensure cleaning equipment is in working order and maintained
Proper use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment
Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors; dusts, polishes, and cleans.
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
Removes trash, places in dumpsters, and replaces liners.
Cleaning glass and walls
Monitor and control supplies and amenities, while minimize waste within all areas.
Performs other duties as assigned

Special Requirements/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required to arrive to work on time, as well as work overtime as needed.
Required to undergo a training program and participate in refresher training as needed.
