Direct Support Personal Care Assistant
Are you interested in a career focused on making a difference in someone’s life? As a Direct Support Personal Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide in-home personal care to individuals receiving services living with mentors. 

• Assist in health-related functions as delegated or assigned by licensed healthcare professionals and following the individual’s plan of care 
• Aid in completing instrumental activities of daily living such as meal planning and preparation, managing finances, and shopping for food, clothing, and other essential items 
• Help in redirection and intervention of behavior following individual’s plan of care 

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Six months related experience; Certified Nursing Assistant preferred 
• Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration/auto insurance (if driving for company) 
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach 
• Commitment to the company’s mission and values.
