Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Opportunities Within Expanding Urgent Care Network in Delaware / Maryland!

We provide a different type of urgent care experience for our dedicated providers who are doing the work they love. Our practice model brings together board certified Physicians and Advanced Practitioners in innovative treatment centers, with the resources and support of ChristianaCare behind them. We are the front door to quality connected care.

What can we offer you?

Various Schedule Options Available for you to choose from:

Full-Time or Part-Time options from 5 days a month up. (Benefits come with .6 FTE and above)
Extended hours 16 hour shifts pay an added rate or normal 12 hour shifts are available, depending on location.
We have several options that can work for your lifestyle!

Location(s): We currently have convenient locations in Delaware and Maryland.

North Wilmington/Greenville area, Newark, Middletown, Dover in and around Delaware with two locations in Maryland (North East and Elkton).

Centers are currently open 7 days/week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., however, some are extended hours at certain locations 8 a.m. to midnight.

GoHealth Urgent Care is a different kind of practice.

Partnering with ChristianaCare allows us to offer continuity for patient care through access to extensive resources and specialists, including shared advanced EMR (eClinicalWorks) that is fully integrated with ChristianaCare.

Excellent Bonus Program:

We offer a Daily Volume Bonus, paid out monthly, to reward those who work at the busier centers.
Quarterly bonus based on customer satisfaction scores, a quality component and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least one-year recent full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
Board certified NP / PA and able to be licensed in the state of DE and MD.
Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading initial EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages.
