Production Team BOH

Our Production Team (Back of House) is a key player in ensuring we serve hand-crafted quality to our guests with every meal. Our Production Team is responsible for the daily preparation, station management, and product quality of all food that leaves the kitchen. This position is also responsible for proper plating, task execution, and ensuring quick, efficient food production according to Huey Magoo's standards. Responsibilities will also include cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment; we take pride in our environment! We are looking for motivated individuals who wish to utilize their talents, learn new skills, want to grow, and enjoy being surrounded by a family-style atmosphere. Our system is designed to succeed through teamwork!
 
Applicants must:
-be able to lift up to 50 lbs
-have reliable transportation to and from work
-must have good communication skills
-must be ready to work as a TEAM member!
Restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Flexible hours, discounts on meals, and uniform shirts/hats provided!
