IT Corporate Recruiter

The Recruiter role will fill various positions for SRS Distribution by utilizing recruiting tools, social media and the most prized tool of any good Recruiter, the phone. The person in this role will be communicating with leaders at corporate, branch, and regional management verbally and in writing to ensure we are filling the opportunities in a timely manner with excellent candidates.

Essential Job Functions:

• Source, screen, present and hire exceptional candidates for corporate level positions
• Communicate verbally and in writing to operations leadership at all levels, while reporting to the TA Manager on strategies, activity, and results.
• Recruiting activities will be focused on Corporate and Regional roles, but will pivot as needed to support the business with Field Recruiting, University Recruiting, Veteran & Diversity Recruiting, and TA Projects.
• Generate and analyze reports using Workday and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs, trade shows, and other viable recruiting events.
• Train managers on the hiring process and Workday ATS.
• Attend acquisitions when needed, along with regional meetings and events.
• Other recruiting activities that may or may not be listed here.

Requirements:

• Previous track record of strategic recruiting successes finding candidates for opportunities similar to SRS positions such as IT, Accounting, Finance, and HR.
• Sourcing experience in Workday ATS or similar database and sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Circa, and Google.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to large audiences.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred and four years of recruiting experience.
• High sense of urgency, attention to detail and can prioritize workload while maintaining professionalism and sense of humor.
• Be able to attend to business needs during branch working hours. West Coast and Midwest locations while working in the DFW area.
• Ability to problem-solve, work independently and within a team.

• Hybrid work environment - ability to work in our beautiful new McKinney, TX corporate headquarters.
• Ability to travel as needed - roughly 10% of the time
• Eligible to work in the Unites States for any company and for any length of time without sponsorship.
• Able to pass both a background check and pre-employment drug test.
