What You'll Do

As a Business Systems Analysis Manager, develop scalable futuristic solutions and system architecture to address new business models and business challenges and help drive digital transformation. Collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement. Analyze internal processes, data, and problems and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities by using unique & emerging digital and cloud technologies.


You will:

  • Develop solutions to address sophisticated problems.
  • Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, and software engineers.
  • Work closely with Scrum Master, Product Owner, and global delivery teams to drive and be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads.
  • Collaborate multi-functionally with other IT teams to implement a coordinated digital experience.
  • Identify Offer configuration area gaps and challenges; translate these into a transformation strategy and roadmap and orchestrate end-to-end solutions.
  • A strategic partner to the business and other commerce cross tracks, with a deep understanding of their processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business system's needs.
  • Work with all business partners to understand the requirements and provide robust solution architecture for Commerce Configure, Price, Quote and Ordering processes.
  • Identify the business impacts, perform process analysis, detail the solution design user stories, and conduct functional testing. Run effective communication between partners and multi-functional teams. Work with engineering teams in building, testing, and implementing the capabilities.
  • Conduct solution reviews, user demos, and walkthroughs with the business partners and engineering teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of IT experience is required, or Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience.
  • Familiar with Requirements tracking, backlog grooming, and requirements prioritization processes across multiple IT/Business partners.
  • Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies
  • Have strong exposure to SaaS and HaaS business models
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong presentation and communication skills
  • Basic data analysis skills, MongoDB/ Oracle knowledge is a plus, self-starter who can work both independently and multi-functionally

Preferred Requirements

  • Basic understanding of rule engines
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ
  • Business analysis certifications
