Nurse Practitioner - Pulmonary- Sleep Outpatient - Full-time / Part-time

THE POSITION: Our pulmonary sleep team is seeking a full time certified/licensed NP or PA with 2+ years of pulmonary and/or sleep experience. This position is strictly outpatient and will provide patient care and support to pulmonary sleep patients. Clinic hours are M-F: 8-5. You will collaborate with, work alongside and be supported by a talented staff, experienced pulmonary/sleep team and other specialists. Requirements: applicants must be a certified, licensed NP or PA with 2+ years' experience preferred practicing in a sleep or pulmonary clinic, specialty clinic and/or hospital setting as an Advanced Practitioner. Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred but not required.

THE DEPARTMENT: The pulmonary department at CHRISTUS St. Vincent cares for patients from all areas of Northern New Mexico. We provide a full range of outpatient and inpatient pulmonary services to adult & geriatric patients with asthma, COPD, lung nodules/cancer, secondary pulmonary hypertension, interstitial lung disease and sleep apnea. Procedures include (but not limited to) bronchoscopy, EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube placement and management, pulmonary function tests, sleep studies and Inspire®.
