C.N.C. Swiss Screw Operator/Programmer

Operator/Programmer for our 5 machine cell of Citizen Swiss CNCs. Run and/or set up and maintain multiple CNC machines. Position is full time Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. We are an air-conditioned family owned business who strives to see all employees succeed. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Program, setup and operate a bank of five CNC Swiss Screw machines

• Select appropriate tooling and materials for each job

• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers and gauges

* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience programming CNC Swiss Screw machines in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
