HID's Identification Technologies Business Unit (IDT)
This position will be a part of the Healthcare IoT solutions and services team, reporting to the Vice President, Sales Healthcare, RTLS. You will support clients, within the Healthcare segment, including large, enterprise level customers with Real-time locating systems (RTLS) services and solutions.

As our Account Manager, you'll support HID's success by:

* Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quota.
* Introducing new solutions to your account portfolio.
* Maintain day to day contact with customers to address issues and build relationships.
* Proactively collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues preemptively.
* Working internally to develop effective communication for accounts regarding critical changes, system updates, etc. to ensure ongoing awareness and accountability.
* Participating in cross-functional meetings as needed to drive issue resolution.
* Prepare and deliver timely business reviews to customers as specified in contracts.
* Managing renewals for existing annual SaaS contracts for the business.
* Creating vendor set up and legal contracts in alignment with legal.

Your Experience and Education include:
* Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University, engineering degree strongly preferred. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant job experience may also be considered.
* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare sales role which achieved or exceeded business growth targets is highly preferred.
* Up to 20% overnight travel required in North America.
* Ability to travel to Canada upon hire. Training and knowledge transfer will take place in Vancouver, Canada. Therefore, employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport upon hire.
* Strong skill set in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.The base salary in the United States is $87,907.00 to $103,655.00. The OTE is up to $129,568.75.
