Bookkeeper

Wonderful opportunity to join our team in Rexburg, Idaho. Part time, with the flexibility of a full-time position possible. Pay will be competitive and decided upon hire.

Reporting to the Administrative Assistant, while working closely with the Office manager & CPA, you will fill your days with a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities, including overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling company accounts, journal entries, and assisting with order processing and customer service as needed.

Your QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience, enthusiasm, exceptional communication and follow through skills, resourcefulness, and ability to ask questions while collaborating with the team at large will serve you well in this role.

Job Role Requirements

• Must have ability to use computer software, including QuickBooks online.

• Strong Communication skill with ability to contact customers as needed for payment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Drive

• Strong Organization skills and creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
