Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drafts
• Order O&E Reports
• Filing / e-filing
• Defaulting appropriately
• Schedule Mediations/ Hearings
• Scanning
• Data Entry
• Following up with Clients/ Opposing Council

• Qualifications:

• 1 yr minimum Real Estate Legal Experience preferred
• 1 yr minimum Probate / Estate Planning Experience preferred***
• Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
