TVR Inc. is currently seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial operations and join our ESOP Ownership Team. You will be responsible for planning and forecasting the overall financial vision for the company to ensure productive financial systems. This vision includes the development of accounting, budgeting, auditing, internal controls, and sound business practices, as well as directing staff to fulfill this vision. Your goal will be to ensure the company utilizes its resources efficiently and complies with all governmental financial regulations. In addition, you will be in charge of overseeing the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and maintaining federal compliance. Chief Financial Officer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage all company finances
  • ESOP Reporting-Statements
  • Human Resource-Self Insured-Work Comp
  • 401K Info
  • Payroll-oversee fed filing etc.-W2’s-multi-state
  • Banking-Oversee
  • Manage and track accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
  • Manage payables for monthly payments
  • Oversee all fiscal reporting within the company
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to the financial team
  • Report to and work with the CEO on all financial matters

Chief Financial Officer Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • 10+ years’ accounting experience in a managerial position
  • Results-driven personality
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Exceptional time management and ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
