Job Summary

• Complies and maintains accounts payable records.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Checks and approves all vouchers for payment.
• Prepares invoice deduction notices as necessary.
• Answers vendor inquires.
• Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors.
• Prepares accounts payable checks and ACH payments.
• Complies accounts payable reports.
• Maintains all accounts payable files.
• Prepares analysis of accounts.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.

Job Qualifications

• Education:  Associate's degree
• Experience: 2-5 years related experience: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
