Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. No experience necessary, we will train! This is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor of real estate and start building your career!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
- Properties span about a square mile, so a personal vehicle is required. You will not be asked to drive clients
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and advance social skills in fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of stairs and walking is required
- Personal vehicle is required
