Role Description

Spirit Energy Services LLC is seeking a Full-time Senior Level Field Services Technician for an on/off site role located in Caldwell, OH. The Level I Field Tech will be responsible for the safe collection, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials from various client sites. They will be responsible for maintaining and delivering equipment to client sites and must ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ Years of experience working in the oil and gas or environmental services industry
• Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions and in potentially hazardous environments
• Willingness and ability to work with others in a team setting
• Good writing and organizational skills to properly complete manifests and paperwork for tracking projects
• Experience with operation and maintenance of industrial equipment and vehicles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, team members, and regulatory agencies professionally and tactfully
• Ability to assess safe working conditions and follow industry safe working standards and practices (OSHA)
• Valid driver's Class D license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, physical exam, drug screen)
• 3+ Years Supervisory or Leadership Experience
• Preferred PEC Safeland Training and/or OSHA training
• Preferred hydraulics license and some heavy equipment/forklift experience
