Parts Inventory Control Coordinator
A Parts Inventory Control Coordinator is directly responsible for overseeing the parts department. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory and integrity of parts department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Handle the daily procedures of receiving parts including making sure all parts are in good condition and the quantity is correct.
· Keeping a good inventory; that is physically, in the Parts portal and in the cards in the parts room.
· Handling the distribution of all parts for all the line workers immediately in order for them to work efficiently.
· Prepare for semi-annual and annual audits by doing a complete physical inventory of all parts.
· Contact the Purchase Manager as needed on low office supplies, labels, tools, etc.
· Advise purchasing manager if any inventory adjustments need to be made in the system.
· Other miscellaneous duties when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Prior experience working with parts/purchasing.
· Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
