Job Description
We are expanding and recruiting licensed sales professionals to join our team of professionals. If you have 2+ years of sales experience or currently hold a Property and Casualty license, we invite you to apply. We are a tenured Specialty agency looking for an experienced commercial producer. Our longest customers have been with us for over 35 years. We are an energetic and driven team focused on achieving higher levels of success.
We are in the search for a dependable, goal-oriented sales agent to join our team. Our new team member will be passionate about protecting existing clients and new clients by selling and servicing our specialty insurance products. In our agency, we like to refer to ourselves as "Consultants", being certain that all our clients' assets are protected.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking.
Generate quotes at a steady pace and complete the new business process.
Use a customer-focused, needs based review process to educate current clients and new prospects on insurance needs and options.
Set quarterly sales goals with Principal Agent.
