Laundry Service General Manager

We are seeking a Laundry Service Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers to ensure our daily goals are met in a safe and efficient manner. You will oversee the billing and invoicing for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams based on route schedule/timeline
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Maintain/Exceed production levels, as set by industry minimum standards
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and ensure staff follows as well
• Advise on current operations, and formulate new methods to improve output in departments
• Ensure invoices are getting to clients and payments are being collected
• Ensure inventory levels are proper and service expectations are met.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in either production, manufacturing, housekeeping, laundry service are a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of production tools, equipment, and processes will lend well to this position
• Strong leadership qualities, position oversees 1-2 floor leads/supervisors and approx. 10-20 employees depending on the season.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a requirement, Bonus points for additional languages.
• Ability to manage conversations and correspond via. email
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, specifically Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks or other similar products.

Compensation will be based on prior experience, and overall skill level.
