Job Title: Agency LPN 

Location: Charleston, WV  

Pay Range: Up to $20/hour
 

Details: 

• Shift: Monday-Friday, day shift with occasional weekends
• Medical Office/Outpatient Facility  
• 40/hours guaranteed each week 
• Permanent/Full Time 

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant work experience 
• Valid and active state certification 
• Active CPR card & PPD skin test 
• Must be able to pass pre-hire background check and drug screen
