- Support our learners and partners: You'll be the first line of contact for any questions or issues related to our online learning platform. Your patience, problem-solving skills, and clear communication will be key to ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented: Accuracy and efficiency are your middle names. You'll track bugs, manage support tickets, and document solutions to keep things running smoothly.
- Technical skills: Basic HTML knowledge is a must, and some CSS experience is a bonus. Familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle or Canvas is a big plus!
