- Focus on commercial retrofit projects, enhancing and optimizing existing HVAC systems.
- Handle HVAC equipment, especially those 50 tons and smaller.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and industry regulations.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC domain.
- Essential certifications: EPA and Journeyman electrical license or a trainee card.
- Proven experience in the commercial market.
