Job Description:


Account Executive candidates must have the ability to develop knowledge of their respective local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques. This is a commission based only position with UNLIMITED earning potential and where you can set your own hours and schedule.

This can be a fully remote position.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations
• Property and Casualty insurance license is required upon initial appointment.
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Flexible schedule, set your own hours and schedule
• $500 Bonus for obtaining your license prior to appointment

• Aggressive and extremely competitive commissions for each policy you sell, with higher tiers available
• Can work from anywhere and able to stay with current employer or status

Remote insurance agent:


a. Must get state licensed in your respective state prior to agency appointment.

b. Once licensed, you would be appointed under our insurance agency to market and sell insurance products exclusively from American Family Insurance to clients in your area/circle of influence.

c. Responsibilities:
- Solicit, develop, and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses based on their needs and budget
- Explain policy details, coverage options, and premiums to clients
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Handle customer inquiries, claims, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
