Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

• The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial support to the various business unit stakeholders, assist in the development pricing standardization, KPI tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, Commission calculation, Customer Revenue analysis

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to review financial performance & update forecasts/budgets.
• Analyze financial results, distilling key business metrics and trends to support business unit needs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various business leaders to understand the financial drivers to create standardized pricing for software and services products.
• Work with stakeholders to review pricing models and help standardize & streamline the overall pricing approval process.
• Develop the metrics to track all pricing requests within the organization.
• Complete ad hoc reports or analysis in support of stakeholder activities and special projects
• Sales Commissions calculations
• Customer revenue analysis
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• 1-4+ years’ relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills using Microsoft Excel, Adaptive Insights, Sage Intacct
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate within diverse teams from various organizational levels
• Ability to multi-task on multiple concurrent efforts
• Ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines, and a roll up your sleeves mindset to get any job done.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively work with functions across the organization.
• Team player who is also an independent thinker and problem solver
• Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimal supervision.
• Well organized to provide M&A support.

Work Environment:

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual work station, using telephone and computer

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine
• This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
• The person in this position frequently communicates via telephone
