Summary:
Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.
Work Schedule: Full Time Nights- From 7 pm to 7:30 am. 4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Responds to clinical support requests. Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response.
Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.
Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
The pay range for this position is: $19.10 - $24.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED, or in lieu of HS/GED, satisfactory completion of UCHealth-administered basic competency test is required
Required Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
Minimum Experience: None required. Preferred: Telemetry or CNA experience. - BLS through the American Heart Association.
