Job Description
- Plan, monitor, provide feedback to, and evaluate performance of assigned staff to include, but not limited to: establishing and communicating position responsibilities and performance expectations; interacting with all subordinate(s) and peers to develop and maintain a cohesive working relationship;
Fleet Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive vehicle maintenance program to ensure all fleet vehicles are regularly serviced and in optimal working condition. This includes scheduling routine inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, and other necessary maintenance tasks.
Oversee and or perform periodic physical inspections, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs of the facility include: HVAC Systems, janitorial service, electrical cabinetry, pumbing, painting, generators, roofing, buildings repairs and preventive maintenance, vegetation control, hazardous material removal, snow and ice removal , fleet equipment repair, secuirty system maintenance.
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Coordinate and oversee repairs and troubleshooting of fle, fet vehicles. Address issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions to the organization's operations.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the fleet maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining the fleet's reliability and safety.
Inventory and Supply Management: Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies required for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Ensure that the necessary items are stocked and readily available.
