Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative In House

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative In House to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. for one the country’s leading healthcare providers.

Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:

• Customer Service, answering inbound or making outbound calls
• Following sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies.
• Communicate with patients/medical professionals
• Obtain necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
• Good work ethic and attendance
• Must be able to work a 40 hour shift. 8:00-4:30 or 9-5:30

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
