This skill mix model is designed to maximize LPN scope of practice while utilizing the key skills of RN's to provide patient's with compassionate care and exceptional service.
We're looking for coworkers who will be actively engaged in creating a supportive culture on the unit, while taking part in frequently scheduled feedback sessions with leadership to ensure we're equipping our coworkers to deliver excellent care.
Proposed Schedule (12 Hr Shifts):
Days (7:00a-7:30p) or Nights (7:00p-7:30a)

3/4 Weekend Option Premiums:
RN: Experience calculated base pay + shift differentials + $15/hour weekend option differential

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
