Apply today! The Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services is responsible for the leadership, direction, and coordination of clinical pharmacy services. This includes establishing, promoting, and continuously monitoring/evaluating the goals and outcomes, while achieving alignment with the strategic vision and metrics for the organization.You will develop policies and procedures, implement quality improvement initiatives, and establish activities to ensure the provision of safe, effective, and economical pharmacotherapy. Clinical activities include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, involvement in a variety of clinical care activities and medication management initiatives for chronic care conditions

Requirements:

• PharmD degree required
  
• Completion of PGY-1 & 2 pharmacy residency or post doctoral fellowship training
  
• Knowledge of HIV disease and other chronic diseases
  
• 5+ years of clinical experience in an inpatient/ambulatory care setting
  
• 2+ years of management and clinical experience required
  
• Licensure Required: Licensure in the state of Maryland
  
• Required: BCPS or AAHIVP certification
