Responsibilities include overseeing the Critical Care Unit, collaborating closely with ICU RN managers, Inpatient Nursing Unit Managers, Critical Care Nurse Educators, and a dedicated team of CCRN Nurses.

This managerial role involves active collaboration with other Hospital Leaders to provide comprehensive support across the organization. The Critical Care Nurse Manager plays a pivotal part in ensuring adherence to guidelines and policies, meeting patient needs, and maintaining the quality of care. Responsibilities extend to managing budgets, implementing policies and procedures, overseeing new hires, and serving as a mentor to medical professionals aspiring to become clinical leaders. The manager will also ensure that training and continuing education standards are met by all departmental staff.
