Role Overview: As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing office phones and scheduling client's appointments, and assisting with various tasks to maintain an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members. 
• Scheduling clients service appointments 
• Managing membership plans 
• Database management 
• Maintain office organization 
• Participate in team meetings 

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle clients requests on the spot
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
