Position: Juice It Up! Team Member

Employee Type: Part-Time
Workdays and Hours: Mon-Sun; Opening-Closing (Varied) Some Holidays
Compensation: $20 per hour + Tips

Job Purpose:
To excel in customer service and drive sales as a Juice It Up! Team Member by providing an outstanding customer experience. The Team Member will contribute to the success of Juice It Up! by ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting products, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Upholding Juice It Up! standards and executing the vision and mission of the brand is essential.

Responsibilities:

Quality Service and Sales:
Provide exceptional customer service by following Juice It Up! standards when handling and preparing smoothies, juices, and bowls.
Actively engage with customers to promote and upsell products, creating a positive sales environment.
Answer customer questions and provide product knowledge to enhance their experience.

POS and Cash Handling:
Master POS and order-taking processes to ensure correct product selection.
Ask for customer names and deliver drinks with customer names and drink names.
Proficiently handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, and apply discounts or promotions.
Learn and execute proper opening and closing procedures as instructed.

Stocking and Maintenance:
Ensure the Juice It Up! store is consistently stocked for customers, and follow health and safety standards.
Adhere to Juice It Up! standards when cleaning and maintaining equipment, POS, and the overall store environment.

Qualifications and Characteristics:
Must be 18 years or older.
Must possess a valid California Food Handlers Card.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Energetic, works with a sense of urgency.
Friendly, genuinely pleasant, welcoming, and sociable.
Prideful, shows pride in self, store, product quality, and the Juice It Up! Brand.
Respectful, polite, and courteous to customers and team members.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend repeatedly.
Ability to multi-task and maintain a fast pace.

Compensation:
$20 per hour plus tips.
