Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Lincolnton
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations in our Lincolnton location. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. This role involves collaborating with local management, employees, and the global HR team to implement strategies that enhance employee relations, drive productivity, and align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Analyze HR metrics and trends in partnership with the global HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Offer guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Identify training needs for business units and provide individual coaching for local management and employees.
Offer expertise in various HR areas, including employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and organizational development.
Develop and design recruitment and onboarding processes for employees, specialists, and managers.
Implement strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
Provide advice to leaders and employees on HR-related issues.
Support leaders in daily HR management tasks, such as conflict resolution and employee appraisals.
Participate in community events and working groups to build and maintain a network.
Lead local strategic and operational HR projects and support global HR initiatives.
Requirements:
At least [5] years of work experience as an HR business partner or in a relevant role.
Preferred certification in HR.
Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, especially recruiting, HR administration, organizational development, and employee relations within a manufacturing background.
Deep knowledge of HR programs, practices, and applicable state and federal employment laws.
Thorough understanding of HR metrics.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Credibility and integrity in communication.
Ability to listen and understand the needs of employees and the company.
Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects.
Hands-on mindset and strong IT knowledge.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, in-office.
