FRONT OFFICE PERSONNEL /TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Orthodontic practice seeking experienced front office personnel to take on a new and exciting opportunity in Indian River and Brevard counties. This is a great opportunity for energetic qualified applicants to be part of a great team and growing organization!

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answering phones
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Greeting patients as they arrive
4. Verify insurance
5. Assisting front/back office personnel with miscellaneous tasks
6. Presenting treatment plans to new patients
7. Setting up contracts/financial arrangements 

Employment requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years dental office experience preferred
2. Fluent in Spanish
3. Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills with staff and patients
4. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
5. Ability to work as a team player
6. Honest and Dependable
7. Must be available to travel between Indian River and Brevard counties
