YRCI is seeking full-time Recruiter to support our Human Resource (HR) Remote Operations Center (HRROC™), located in Reston, VA. YRCI’s HRROC™ is a Shared Service Center that supports multiple Federal agencies and offers a friendly, collaborative team environment with access to training from industry experts. The Recruiter shall provide the full scope of recruitment and outreach services. These services include: Work with hiring managers to identify and define recruitment requirements based on current and emerging talent requirements. Mine talent repositories to identify candidates for customer requirements. Plan and implement participation in virtual and in-person recruitment and hiring events. Apply knowledge of innovative approaches to build talent pools. Build partnerships with academic and professional and trade associations. Conduct initial candidate review and screen potential candidates for eligibilities and qualifications. Identify occupational series for targeted recruitment based on past hiring, attritions, growth areas, and customer input. Identify and implement innovative recruitment efforts in accordance with Title 5 and Title 10 requirements. Develop recruitment strategies based on hiring authorities associated with the customer, occupational series, or talent pools (e.g., Veterans, recent graduates, etc.). Draft announcements for posting on multiple platforms to solicit interest for talent needs (e.g., open and continuous job announcements, open call for resumes, LinkedIn postings, etc.). Provide eligible and qualified candidates to hiring managers for review. Design and implement a program of metrics to evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of recruitment and hiring events. Although the YRCI home office is located in Reston, VA, this position is fully remote. Six (6) plus years of experience working as a Federal Recruiter. Experience using USA Staffing. Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies to source candidates using various marketing and outreach methods. Skilled at tracking and reporting work. Expertise applying Federal Human Resource (HR) knowledge to provide consultation and advice. Experience reviewing applications and making determinations regarding eligibility and qualifications. Knowledge of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualification standards. Experience identifying and analyzing problems; weighing relevance and accuracy of information; evaluating alternative solutions; making recommendations. Skill in oral and written communication. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; may start with a Public Trust.
