DMR powered by Innvoke, LLC is adding to our team! We are seeking an experienced Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Operator to join our commercial print team.

Our CNC operators work with plastics (not metal) on a daily basis and pride themselves on performing work safely and accurately to meet each client's unique and specific needs. As with all of our roles, this position is essential. It requires precision and the ability to work with a variety of materials and often includes working with unusual shapes and sizes. This position requires independent work and the ability to produce large quantities and to meet tight deadlines.

If you are a dedicated, reliable CNC operator who can program a file from start or from scratch and have two years experience in a similar role in a commercial print environment we'd like to talk to you.

Three Years Experience Required:

  • Proficiency as a CNC Machinist (plastics not metal)
  • Print Shop
  • CNC Operator (plastics not metal)
  • Proficient operating Kongsberg, Zund, and Colex machines
  • Machine Operator
  • Machine Maintenance
  • Ability to troubleshoot, perform daily maintenance
  • Manufacturing and production
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision
  • Proficient with mathematics and measurements
  • Independent/autonomous worker
  • Problem solver
  • Quality control
  • Knowledge of materials, handling, pros and cons of each for optimal results

Summary of Duties:

  • Proficiently operate CNC machines
  • Read, review, understand and interpret clients requests
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate plastics according to specifications
  • Set up and program files from scratch
  • Collaborate professionally with sales, production team and clients
  • Utilize Presswise and other required technology to perform work
  • Handles materials, manages inventory
  • Performs work using key safety guidelines
  • Uses hand tools, measures, additional tools as needed for accuracy
  • Assembles components
  • Troubleshoot machine issues, maintain equipment on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Other duties as assigned and as business needs require

Additional requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, work on your feet for the duration of the shift, use hands, eyes, and work in a manufacturing, production environment.
