Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Attorney

The Law Offices of G. Turner Howard III and Associates seek a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients facing criminal charges and personal injury cases.

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies and personal injury claims.

- Prepare and present persuasive arguments for both criminal and personal injury cases.

- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in criminal law, personal injury law, and legal precedents.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active license to practice law in Tennesee.

- Minimum 3 years of experience practicing criminal defense and personal injury law.

- Proven track record of successfully handling criminal and personal injury cases.

- Strong courtroom presence and excellent oral advocacy skills.

- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

- High ethical standards and a commitment to upholding the principles of justice.
