Job Description
Godaelli Psychiatric and Mental Health Center is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team.
As an LPC at our center, you will have a pivotal role in the healing journey of our patients, empowering individuals and families with effective coping mechanisms, and nurturing resilience for sustainable mental health improvement and enhanced life quality.
You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy. You will also collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Provide personalized and evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulations
Provide clinical consultations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution
- Current LPC license in good standing
- At least two years of experience working with clients with mental health concerns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Virginia:
Qualified candidates need to be fully and independently licensed as a LPC in Virginia
Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
