Job Title: Recruiter and Account Manager

Location: Akron, Ohio

Salary: $18 per hour, with bonuses available

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Manage job orders from client initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, negotiate job offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed recruitment goals and targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to effectively sell and fill job orders, meeting client expectations while delivering quality candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude, eager to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
