Commercial Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumber with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience and OSHA certification. The ideal candidate should possess strong plumbing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings while adhering to OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
2. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to plan and execute plumbing projects.
3. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems.
4. Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
5. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
6. Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure coordinated and efficient project completion.
7. Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, with a focus on OSHA guidelines.
8. Safely use hand and power tools, as well as plumbing equipment, to complete tasks.
9. Document work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
10. Provide excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with clients and team members.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a commercial plumber.
2. OSHA certification is a plus.
3. Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
