Position Summary
The Marketing Representative/Agent Recruiter contacts Health & Life Insurance Agents nationwide to build relationships, present product information, and recruit agents to contract and produce business for various insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
Outbound calls and emails to recruit agents to get contracted and produce business for various companies.
Present contracting and product information thoroughly to build trusting relationships with agents by phone and email.
Assist agents by offering the right product for their clients to help them make the sale.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with agents over the phone and email.
Strong decision-making skills to work independently as needed.
Ability to build collaborative relationships to ensure exceptional customer service.
Ability to embrace rapid change while fostering innovation.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
