Description
Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Responsible for assisting the SVP, leasing with lease reporting, managing through day to day projects/tenant interaction.
- Assist in completing deals that improve co-tenancy and generates revenue.
- Conducts tenant analysis and potential portfolio opportunities.
- Daily Interaction with various departments involved in the leasing process (ie legal, collections, construction, development).
- Evaluation of market competition and analysis for prospecting new business/emerging concepts.
- Responsible for pulling key deal metrics and tracking lease flow within Salesforce.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills (Desired Abilities):
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
Qualifications (Education and Experience):
- Most be Junior or Senior level status by Summer 2024.
- Current undergraduate student with preferred majors in Business, Finance or related field.
- Regular, predictable attendance.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work peacefully with co-workers.
