Your Qualifications

To be a good fit for the Business Development and Outreach Specialist role, you will have:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare orsimilar field required.
• Sales / business development / account management experience including:
  • 2+ years of experience in business development in behavioral/mental health is required.
• Proven track record developing new business and referrals.
• Extensive experience in creating, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet objectives.

Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and verbal and written communication skills; experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Internet research; CRM software, ideally Salesforce.

A valid Driver License, reliable transportation and clean driving record with a willingness to work out in the field and travel locally 60+%.

You'll be seated in our corporate location in Culver City, but we anticipate that you'll visit other Centered Health locations and work in the field (primarily Los Angeles and Ventura counties) 3+ days per week.

The Job

As Business Development and Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with our existing partners as well as creating and developing new relationships with future partners that will garner clients for our centers. Our partners include hospitals, facilities, EAP, clinicians, alumni, colleges and universities. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with Admissions and the Executive Directors of our adolescent and adult treatment centers.

We're located in the Los Angeles and Ventura counties andhave four premier treatment facilities located in Malibu, Moorpark, Agoura Hills, and Culver City.
