Intern, Leasing/ Specialty Leasing

Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Responsible for assisting the SVP, leasing with lease reporting, managing through day to day projects/tenant interaction.
• Assist in completing deals that improve co-tenancy and generates revenue.
• Conducts tenant analysis and potential portfolio opportunities.
• Daily Interaction with various departments involved in the leasing process (ie legal, collections, construction, development).
• Evaluation of market competition and analysis for prospecting new business/emerging concepts.
• Responsible for pulling key deal metrics and tracking lease flow within Salesforce.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.

Qualifications (Education and Experience):

• Most be Junior or Senior level status by Summer 2024.
• Current undergraduate student with preferred majors in Business, Finance or related field.
• Regular, predictable attendance.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work peacefully with co-workers.
