COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Salary: up to $100K + negotiable per experience
- Relocation - Up to $30K
- Sign on bonus - $10K + Negotiable
- Retention bonus of $10K-$15K after 2 years
- CME: 5 days + allowance
- Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH
- Annual Base Increase up to 5% - guaranteed.
- PTO: Year one 400 hours leave + increases after first year. If unused paid out or carried over to following year.
- Plus 13 Federal Holidays
- Gym offered to employees with 1 hour a week allotted for personal time.
-1- Rural Health : Home base in Anchorage and travel 2 times a month to our rural clinics. Paid travel and housing if needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Clinician I:
- 3+years’ experience in one of the following areas: Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, PhD or PsyD in Clinical Counseling Psychology.
- Meets all requirements of Clinician I in addition to the following:
Two (2) years of supervised clinical work experience for master’s level Behavioral Health; OR two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I.
