Your Opportunity:

Taylor Promotional Products, previously known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Amsterdam, NY.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the overall inventory, ensuring efficient and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely inventory control.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.

• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring they are properly trained on safety procedures and operating equipment.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and accuracy.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance.

• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments.

You Must Have:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

We Would Also Prefer:

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, transportation management or business management.

• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and/or Kaizen Warehouse and inventory Management Certification

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - 90,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
