You will be collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand and document current processes, utilize systems thinking to identify areas of improvement and champion new processes that increase quality, productivity, and efficiency. You will work closely with project managers and engineers as necessary to deliver high fidelity data. You are process oriented and analytical, but comfortable with ambiguity due to the ever-changing environment and nature of this role. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of the operational systems with focus on data / information flow from source systems and users to and from multiple business units and external suppliers. Responsibilities:Participate in cross-functional teams to create or improve operational processes.Perform analysis and complete tasks generated by Business units requests and active projectsParticipate meetings and requirements gathering from key business stakeholders to drive the development of tools that support operationsMine company data libraries to make visualizations for metrics, key performance indicators, and data solutions to ensure decisions are informed and data driven.Execute approved processes and identify areas for improvement.Review and follow command media such as standards, procedures, and work instructionsSupport communication and tracking of systems change requirementsExecute group priorities with a focus on value-added and scalable solutionsQualifications:Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in technical field and 1+ years of supply chain analysis experience or 3 year Aerospace Supply Chain Analysis experienceWorking knowledge of and experience with engineering drawings, manufacturing, parts and raw materials as they apply to space systemsKnowledge of industry standard material specificationsWorking knowledge in the use of 3-D CAD tools and configuration and data management software (Windchill, Sharepoint)Knowledge and experience creating Windchill change notices and seeing those notices to completionExperience with Excel and other MS Office toolsAbility to identify, document, and communicate data and/or process gapsExcellent written communication and presentation skillsAnalytical, organization and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyKnowledge of and experience with aerospace industry manufacturing, supply chain structure, resources, and methodsMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylumDesired:Experience designing SQL queriesExperience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRADon’t meet every single requirement?
